What we pour

Three scopes, done right

From a single custom home to a 5-over-2 podium building, we price per plan, call out exclusions up front, and offer value-engineering options when they save you money.

01 · Floor underlayment

Gypsum Concrete (Gypcrete)

Gypsum Concrete (Gypcrete) poured over wood or concrete subfloors in multifamily units, corridors and custom homes. It levels the floor, adds mass for sound control, and helps meet fire-rated assemblies. Fiber reinforcement is available for crack reduction under thin LVP and LVT.

02 · Acoustics

Sound attenuation mat

Sound mat installed under the Gypsum Concrete (Gypcrete) to hit the STC and IIC ratings in your floor-ceiling assembly. We check unit plans, finish schedules and interior design sheets during takeoff so the mat goes where the hard flooring goes.

Why GCs call us

Easy to schedule. Easy to deal with.

We provide a better product and our crews do better work. On top of that, we try to be the easiest sub your office staff and superintendents work with.

No waiting on material

We keep enough Gypsum Concrete (Gypcrete) and sound mat stocked in our own warehouse and yard to cover large projects, so your schedule doesn't depend on a supplier's lead time.

Careful takeoffs

We read the assembly details, enlarged unit plans and finish schedules before we price. If something in the drawings doesn't add up, we tell you before bid day.

Practical options

We'll show you the choices, like mat thickness, Gypsum Concrete (Gypcrete) depth and fiber, and flag what they affect: toilet flanges, drains, stair heights and door clearances.

Clean paperwork

Submittals, pay applications, lien waivers, insurance certificates and warranties arrive on time and in the format your office needs.

Areas we serve

Gypcrete crews across Utah

Based in Salt Lake City, we pour gypsum concrete and sound mat up and down the Wasatch Front, in Park City and the mountain communities, and across Idaho, Wyoming and Montana.
